Shipping Policy

The vast majority of our statues are sent by courier which is usually Parcelforce or Evri, these are sent on a 1-3 day delivery service depending on which courier they are sent with. The courier will require someone to be there for the delivery but will take safe place instructions if given before dispatch of your order. The courier or ourselves are not liable for losses for safe place deliveries. If there is no-one home for the delivery they will likely try a neighbour, if there is an open porch or garage they will probably leave the parcel(s) there if there is no answer and no neighbour available. The courier will either text or email you the delivery slot on the day of delivery, a text message will be easier to change the date of delivery.

Please note that all stock statues are usually dispatched within 3 working days (if purchased on a Monday then dispatch will be by Thursday etc), if you would like it sent sooner please let us know.

Any statues that are not in stock will have the dispatch or collection date on the item page.

Many of our large sized statues and birdbaths will have a dispatch date on them as they are made to order and normally not in stock.

The shipping cost on each item page is for the mainland UK (with the exception of the Scottish Highlands).

All other UK addresses including Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands and all other UK offshore islands will have a courier surcharge depending on the postcode.

The surcharge for all of these areas starts from £5 up to £28 depending on the statue and its weight. An invoice will be sent for the extra postage either by PayPal or our card processor. 

There are some statues that cannot be sent by courier on our website, they are generally the large sized ones such as the Large Boxer Dog or Classical Cat statues. Anything over 25kg has to be collected but it will state on the statue page whether this is the case. Collection for the larger statues can be made from either East Wittering or Cobham (Mon or Thurs only)

Our miniature range of statues are sent by Royal Mail's signed for service for which there is a charge of £4.50. Any miniatures that are purchased with a statue that is sent by courier will have the postage refunded and it will be packed with the other statue(s).

We have a free delivery service in the Cobham, East Wittering, West Wittering, Itchenor, Chichester, Pagham and Selsey areas. The free local delivery will take 2-7 days for stock statues.
