We accept most major credit cards through our debit/credit card processing along with PayPal.

To complete an order from us just add items to your cart and then complete the billing and shipping details as prompted by the checkout. After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. e will verify your payment information with your card issuer before your order is dispatched. Failure to provide correct billing information or correct card security information will delay your order. Please ensure the billing address provided is the address registered with your card issuer. The card security code from the back of your card is required with all orders; this is the group of three digits printed on the reverse of the card. All orders are subject to satisfactory security checking.

All orders are subject to limited availability of stock, occasionally the stock counter can be incorrect if another customer has just purchased the last one of that item but we will try and update the system as quickly as possible.

If we have been given an invalid or incorrect address we will contact you but if we don't get a reply then we may have to cancel the order.

Some of our statues are too heavy to be sent by courier and have to be collected by you from either Cobham or East Wittering. Anything that is over 25kg is normally a collection only item but it will state on each statue page if it has to be collected.

Our prices on the website are lower than we have elsewhere on the internet, this is due to fees elsewhere.
